    In India only 18 per cent cases registered under dowry death charges end up in conviction …………. not sure if any law would help unless there is a change with in..

      Thanks for dropping in and for your kind feedback. It is now time for the people to change and not expect the Society, System or Circumstances. When every individual changes, there will be a global change in the Society too.

      The laws may not change but the In-Laws can.

    Formal Education is the first step….since our indian laws are yet insufficient to contain this evil.
    Stringent laws ought to be revoked…which in our democratic country will take years to be implemented…

      Very true! Apart from the Academic Education, Pre-Marital education and Skills need to be taught that would curtail some of these evil practices.

      Insanity is doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result. Einstein.

      We need to change our approach and then hope for better results.
